SHIPPING/DELIVERY DEADLINES

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment being received, unless the items are out of stock. In the event of an item being out of stock, the customer will be notified via email or another available method.

Delivery may take from 2 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay that occurs in the delivery transit time. This is because transit time is highly dependent on the local postal service and/or destination country.

 

International Delivery:

We strive to offer the most reliable and affordable delivery service, but sometimes international delivery may be conditional and dependent on the carrier and/or the customs services of the destination country. Please contact us for further assistance if you do not receive your order 20 business days after your purchase confirmation.

LEGAL FEES

The payment and application of import taxes, duties, GST, as well as all other relevant delivery costs, are the responsibility of the customer. Such fees may vary from destination to destination. ITEM RETURN POLICY

The item to be returned must be new and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging, protection, labels, tags, and accessories without any sign of modification or alteration.
If the item is defective, the customer has up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a new item.
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return it for an exchange, or if they are not interested in another item, they may request a refund for the same.Unused/unopened items in their original packaging will be exchanged or fully refunded within a maximum of 14 days of our receipt. Please note that all purchases must be returned within a maximum of 14 days of delivery. No returns for refund or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

For exchanges or refunds, please send us an email that includes the following information:

  • A copy of the document issued by Sportland, Ltd.

  • Reason for the return

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone contact

After receiving and analysing the condition of the returned item, and if applicable, the exchange or refund will be carried out. In the case of a refund, it will be made using the same system or method that was used for the customer's purchase (excluding shipping costs or additional fees).

Shipping costs will not be refundable, except for the following points:

  • Error in the shipping address

  • Error in the item shipped

  • Item with original defect

Item refund is applicable in any of the following points (within the legal period of 14 days):

  • Our error in the item shipped

  • Item returned as original, without any sign of dirt, modification, or appearance of having been used

  • Item returned with all original packaging, protection, labels, tags, and accessories without any damage or modification

Item refund is not applicable in any of the following points:

  • Error in the order by the customer

  • Item returned with the appearance of having been used

  • Item returned with dirt and/or damage

  • Item returned with alterations and/or modifications to its original state

  • Item returned without the original packaging, protection, labels, tags, and accessories
