Shipping policy
All items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received, unless the items are out of stock. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified via email or by other available means.
Delivery may take between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the destination country. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays that occur during transit, as the time taken is highly dependent on the local postal service and/or the destination country.

RETURNS POLICY
The item being returned must be new and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging, protective coverings, labels, tags, and accessories, without any signs of modification or alteration.
If the item is faulty, the customer has up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a new item.
If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return it for an exchange, or if they are not interested in another item, they may request a refund.
Unused/unopened items in their original packaging will be exchanged or fully refunded within a maximum of 14 days of us receiving them.
Please note that all purchases must be returned within a maximum of 14 days of delivery.
No returns for a refund or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
