Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and location to which you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
